This package features 43 modular prefabs for you to use with your games!.

Most models are built on a 4M x 4M grid, or 2M x 4M grid. Meaning that "grid snapping" or "vertex snapping" can be used with ease. This package shares one texture atlas at 2048res. With Normal and Occlusion included.

This package features exterior build types for those looking to dress up their scenes quickly and with ease. If you'd like to use a more in depth modular building set with interiors, please refer to my M.E. Town Creator which supports builds for interior design, both standard and top down!
