This is a collection of 3 buildings that can typically be found in a city alleyway. The buildings were modeled from reference photos I took of the back of retail / commercial buildings.
The UV mapping is effectively organized to maximize texture usage allowing high detail by using a clever tiling technique that only requires 1 texture for each building.
Each building has diffuse / specular textures. I've also included a LOD versions for Unity Pro users ( Unity Free users can use the non LOD prefab )
Triangle (polygon) counts for LOD0 / LOD1/ LOD2 are
Building 1 = 1000 / 707 / 359
Building 2 = 2720 / 1254 / 708
Building 3 = 3384 / 1788 / 600
