External and internal parts are separated and can activate/deactivated for performance improvements.
The model is split on various FBX file and contain some enviroment props to for abitation as example.
All mesh are around 300k triangles in total (excluding duplicate prefabs).
Use of minimal number of texture , all texture are 2018x2048.
All animation are made directly inside unity and can easy modify
The Example scene contain script and animation thinked only for presentation , i advice to not use for an actual game.
