📦 Important Installation Notes:

  • Demo_Minimal scene can be run without installing any dependencies and you can toggle on/off each shader manually in play mode to see the full screen effect.
  • The Shared Assets Demo URP (FREE) package is required for the Demo_ShaderAlgorithmicArt_URP demo scenes to function as shown in the video demo since it needs some prefabs and demo scripts from it.
    • Materials will be pink in this free package unless the dependency Anime Cel Shader is installed but it is not required for the Algorithmic Art Shader. However the scripts and demo UI prefabs is required to run the Demo_ShaderAlgorithmicArt_URP scene.
    • Demo_ShaderAlgorithmicArt_URP scenes requires:
      • Requires New Input system. Add by going to Window -> Package Manager -> Unity Registry -> Input Sytem
      • Requires CineMachineCamera. Add by going to Window -> Package Manager -> Unity Registry -> Cinemachine

This asset combines my desire to add effects to weapons with my interest in creating portals. Future weapon packages will include examples demonstrating how to apply these shaders effectively.


As I create more weapon or portal shaders that remain simple, I'll add them to this asset rather than releasing a separate one.
